New Scottish Borders Images

Here is a new addition to the photo archive, modern photos of the Scottish Borders that I have taken myself, not from any specific place like the Old Borders pages, but just views that I personally like. If it proves popular I shall put up some more pages.

Clicking on the arrow at the bottom of the page will take you on to more 'new photos' and clicking on the 'Back Home' button will take you back to the Ettrick Graphics menu page.

* Please enable JAVA on your browser, as two of the photos have JAVA applets in them, if you don't, you will not be able to see them. Click here to download Java

Remember all these 'new' images are for sale please contact me for details.

This is the spectacular view from the Carter Bar just outside Jedburgh on the Scotland/England border,
looking towards the Cheviot hills.

This is Cove Harbour on the East coast of Scotland, near Dunbar and Cockburnspath, you have to go through a tunnel carved into the cliffs to get to this harbour !! This photo is so lifelike, you can almost hear the North Sea rippling round your feet.

This is part of the Eildon Hills on the outskirts of Melrose, there is a golf course at the foot of this hill, never been up there myself !!

This is one of the largest man made dams in Europe, Kielder Water an excellent place to go for a day trip, plenty of things to do here.
I can hear the ripples again !!!

This is taken from the Millers Knowes overlooking Hawick, this is actually where I take my dogs for a walk,
about five minutes walk from my house, notice the London/Edinburgh shuttle at the top !!!

This is Ruberslaw a long since extinct volcano on the outskirts of Hawick.

Another one from the outskirts of Hawick at St Leonards.

Genealogists take note, Ettrick Graphics will now locate and photograph gravestones anywhere in the Scottish Borders, details here
