Window On Hawick

(Week ending Friday 21 July 2000)

This is 'Diesel Joe's' nightclub at the 'Wee Haugh' it used to be Hawicks Labour Exchange.

Across the water and a photo of the old public swimming baths built in 1912, in front is Shorts Of Hawick.

Can anyone remember fishing from the 'black rocks' in front of Wilton mills?

'Up the park' now, and the flowers are in full bloom in front of the museum.
Hopefully we will have some photos from the walled gardens next week.
